Return & Refund Policy
At Flowers by GP Design, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in delivering high-quality fresh and artificial floral arrangements designed with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, the following return and refund policy applies.
Fresh Flower Arrangements
Because fresh flowers are perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on fresh floral products once they have been delivered or picked up.
If you receive an arrangement that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Artificial & Silk Flower Arrangements
Returns for artificial or silk floral arrangements are accepted within 7 days of delivery or pickup, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition
- It has not been used, altered, or damaged
- All original packaging and components are included
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit once the item has been inspected and approved.
Custom & Event Orders
All custom designs, wedding florals, event décor, and personalized arrangements are final sale and non-refundable, as they are created specifically for each client.
Deposits
All deposits paid to reserve dates, secure inventory, or begin custom design work are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to delivery or event date. Orders canceled after this period may not be eligible for a refund due to product and labor already invested.
Delivery Issues
If a delivery issue occurs due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal of delivery, no refund will be issued. We will attempt to redeliver at an additional fee.
