By placing an order with Flowers by GP Design, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all purchases, deliveries, and event services provided by our company.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before delivery or pickup unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • For wedding and event orders, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed contract schedule.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure online payment methods through our website.

3. Product Availability and Substitutions

  • Flower availability varies depending on season and supplier conditions.

  • We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and style of the arrangement.

  • Every arrangement is handmade, and slight variations may occur. These are part of the natural artistic process and do not qualify as defects.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are available within designated service areas.

  • A correct and complete delivery address must be provided at the time of order.

  • If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the driver may contact the customer for instructions or leave the order in a safe location (weather permitting).

  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

5. Event and Wedding Services

  • Design consultations are available by appointment.

  • A signed contract and deposit are required to confirm all event bookings.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for weather-related changes, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Refunds and Returns

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, photographs, designs, and written content on Flowers by GP Design platforms are the intellectual property of Flowers by GP Design, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.

We value your privacy. Personal information collected through our website or forms will only be used to process orders and communicate with customers. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
