Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Flowers by GP Design, we take pride in providing timely and careful delivery of our floral designs and décor. Each order is handled with attention to detail to ensure your flowers and products arrive in perfect condition.

1. Local Delivery

  • We offer local delivery throughout Tampa, Florida, and surrounding areas.

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays unless special arrangements have been made in advance.

  • Same-day delivery may be available for select items if the order is placed before our daily cutoff time (please call to confirm).

  • Delivery fees vary by distance and will be calculated at checkout or provided at the time of order confirmation.

2. Delivery Process

  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including recipient’s name, phone number, and any special instructions.

  • Our driver will make one delivery attempt. If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact them or the sender for instructions.

  • If no contact is made, the order may be left in a safe, shaded area (weather permitting), or a re-delivery fee may apply.

  • Flowers by GP Design is not responsible for deliveries left unattended once the order is completed to the provided address.

3. Pick-Up Orders

  • Customers may also choose in-store pickup by appointment at our Tampa location.

  • Please arrive within the scheduled pickup time to ensure your flowers remain fresh and in the best condition.

4. Shipping of Non-Perishable Products

 

  • Select non-perishable items such as silk arrangements, vases, and home décor may be shipped within the continental United States.

  • We use trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Flowers by GP Design is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

 

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item(s).

  • We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

  • Lost packages should be reported immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

 

6. Delivery for Events and Weddings

 

  • All event and wedding deliveries are scheduled according to the event timeline.

  • Our team ensures floral items are delivered, set up, and styled on time for your special day.

  • A delivery and setup fee will be included in your event proposal and contract.
